Individual Counselling

Individual counselling offers a confidential space to talk openly about what is happening in your life, whether you know exactly what you want support with or you're still trying to make sense of it.

Sessions are shaped around you. We might explore something happening in your life right now, look more closely at patterns or experiences that continue to affect you, develop practical ways of managing what you're experiencing, or simply create space for you to slow down and work out what you need.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, trauma and recovery, workplace stress, relationship and family difficulties, life transitions, identity and self-worth concerns, as well as people wanting to understand themselves more deeply.

Reflective Practice

Reflective practice creates dedicated space for teams and professionals to step away from the demands of their work and think more deeply about their experiences, relationships and practice.

Rather than focusing on finding immediate solutions or determining the “right” way to respond, reflective practice encourages curiosity. Together, we might explore challenging situations, team dynamics, emotional responses to the work, recurring patterns, professional boundaries, or the broader organisational and systemic influences shaping practice.

Sessions are facilitated in a way that supports open conversation, different perspectives and deeper understanding. The aim is not to assess performance, but to create space for people to reflect on what they are noticing, consider what may be influencing their responses, and develop greater awareness of how they show up in their work.

Reflective practice can be offered to teams and groups working in counselling, health, community services and other people-focused settings, and can be provided as a one-off facilitated session or as an ongoing reflective practice process.

Cultural Supervision

Cultural supervision offers a reflective space for practitioners and professionals to explore the cultural dimensions of their work, strengthen cultural responsiveness, and develop greater awareness of how their own experiences, identity and worldview influence the way they practise.

Sessions are grounded in curiosity rather than an expectation that you should already know the “right” thing to do. We might explore a particular interaction or situation, cultural considerations within your work, experiences of uncertainty or discomfort, cultural load, power and privilege, or the broader historical and systemic contexts influencing the people and communities you work alongside.

My approach draws on deep listening, reflection and Indigenous ways of knowing, being and doing, alongside my professional experience in counselling, facilitation and culturally informed trauma-integrated practice.

Cultural supervision can support counsellors, social workers, health and community practitioners, leaders and other professionals who want a culturally informed space to reflect honestly on their practice, deepen their understanding and continue developing the way they work with people.
